About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Trinity Beach. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children.

About the Centre

Our intimate 74-place centre is located close to the beach and is proud to be a part of the Reef Guardians schools program. Our staff members are dedicated and experienced, with an average tenure of five to fifteen years, and most hold at least a Diploma qualification.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
