We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing CRM processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
Responsibilities:- Analyze existing CRM data flows and integrations to identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement solutions to improve CRM processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements and projects.
As the primary administrator for the system, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live. You will also be responsible for system onboarding of new users and offboarding users exiting the business.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience within Sales operations and sound knowledge of best practices and trends both internal and external. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is essential.
You will also need to have strong analytical skills to collect and interpret large and complex data sets, apply statistical methods to draw conclusions, create forecasts and make recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak confidently and deliver support to CRM system users and management will also be highly valued.
You should also have experience with system configuration, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365. Proficiency in business process modelling and requirement documentation techniques is also required.
