About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Professional to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Responsibilities include referring to the work requests register on a daily basis, ensuring scheduled and requested tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintenance of gardens – weed, trim tree branches, spreading mulch and soft fall as directed by the site manager.
- Setting up for college events (exams, exhibitions etc).
- Identify and act on any maintenance or grounds issues.
- Ensure maintenance compound is kept in a tidy condition.
- Planting of trees and shrubs as directed.
- Mowing, blowing and line trimming.
- Perform various labouring tasks on and occasionally off campus.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred).
- Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather.
- Experience using power tools (preferred).
- Reliable, motivated, and team-focused.
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard.
