Early Childhood Educator I Cert III

We are currently assisting various childcare organisations in placing Early Childhood educators for their exceeding centres in the North Shore & Northern Beaches.

Our clients are reputable, privately owned organisations who have been providing high-quality child care for children for over a decade. All of their centres are purpose-built, with bright, spacious, and well-resourced rooms, as well as large and innovative outdoor areas.

By joining this group of EXCEEDING centres, you will benefit from the support of an experienced and supportive management team, above award rates paying $27-$40 ph depending on your qualifications and experience, non-contact programming time, and 1 rostered day off per month.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing programs based on the centre's philosophies
  • Interacting and supervising children in their learning and play
  • Planning and running group times with children
  • Guiding and supporting children to enhance their learning and development
  • Completing individual portfolios and observations
  • Liaising with parents regularly to ensure they are updated on their child's progress
  • Communicating with other staff members to ensure smooth running of daily routines and the centre

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in a centre environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry
  • A bright, bubbly, and fun-loving personality
