Job Title: Social Worker
About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Child Protection Team as a Social Worker.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and meet the needs of vulnerable children and families through effective social work services.
- To develop and implement plans to address the complex needs of service users, working collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure high-quality care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work, registered with Social Work England.
