The primary purpose of this position is to provide and assist Eligible ADF Family Members with meaningful employment when transitioning, or if their Eligible ADF Member is medically transitioning; enhancing their security and wellbeing through gaining and maintaining meaningful careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of eligible Family Member's goals, needs and circumstances
  • Design a package of supports relative to increasing the Family Member's employability
  • Provide accurate and detailed quotes to ADF to support the Partners desired package.
  • Upon approval assign modules to Family Member and manage appointment schedule to ensure all partners receive regular fortnightly contact with their PEAP Advisor.
  • Regularly monitor the Family Member's progress and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant assessments, service package progress notes, and other relevant information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
  • Providing partners with a comprehensive completion report and any further recommendations to assist them to obtain employment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the employment services industry or community services sector;
  • Cert IV in Career Development (or similar);
  • Minimum 4 years full-time ADF service in the preceding 5 years.
