Merchandiser Role

This is a merchandising opportunity for motivated individuals seeking a career in sales. The successful candidate will represent Nestle in the Grocery channel, negotiating and selling displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.

About the Role

This role involves building and maintaining displays, representing Nestle with pride and positivity in the field, and working closely with Store Managers to achieve commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain attractive displays that showcase Nestle products.
  • Negotiate and sell display space to maximise store presence.
  • Represent Nestle in the Grocery channel, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and safe, reliable motor vehicle (essential).
  • Physical ability to lift stock and utilise Nestle's point of sale materials.
  • Proficient with a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Lives within the designated area.
  • Able to work safely and effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
