About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is open for a dedicated Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Green Hills store team.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, build strong relationships with regular customers, and offer personalized fashion consultations in a professional and friendly manner.
As an ambassador of Ally Fashion, you will embody our core values of Customer-Centricity, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving, ensuring every day is a brighter day for our team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high stock levels and effectively manage inventory
- Connect with customers, understand their needs, and drive sales results
- Support in-store visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Assist with front register duties, fitting room support, and reserve management
To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive under pressure.
You will be proactive, self-driven, and able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
A background in retail, particularly in fashion, is advantageous but not essential.

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
