To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- AHPRA Registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse: Hold current registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a close-knit team.
