Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to perform site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and be able to evaluate overall performance of sites and site staff. They will also be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines or other applicable guidance, relevant regulations, and company SOPs/processes.
Additional responsibilities may include verifying the process of obtaining informed consent has been adequately performed and documented for each subject/patient, as required/appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance during site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits.
- Evaluate overall performance of sites and site staff, providing recommendations regarding site-specific actions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines or other applicable guidance, relevant regulations, and company SOPs/processes.
- Verify the process of obtaining informed consent has been adequately performed and documented for each subject/patient.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical research setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
