The Position:
We seek a dedicated Learning Enhancement Coordinator to join our Werribee campus. This key leadership role will guide the Learning Enhancement team in supporting student learning, with a focus on providing expertise to teaching staff and creating a supportive educational environment.
Reporting to the Director of Student Wellbeing, the Learning Enhancement Coordinator will lead a team of Learning Enhancement teachers and Assistants, ensuring high-quality learning programs, including literacy and numeracy support and extension. This role is integral to the Student Wellbeing Team and works collaboratively with other team members to address students' holistic needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to Christian values, leadership in educational support programs, and excellent organisational skills. With experience in managing educational support programs, they will contribute to staff development and create a positive team culture.
This position involves 0.5 Learning Enhancement Teacher and 0.5 Leadership, with time release and allowance.

- Has a strong organisational skillset.
- Can be an effective team member.
