Student Support Coordinator

Box Hill Institute is seeking a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to join our team. This part-time opportunity will focus on delivering high-quality support services to ensure student success and retention.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance student experience and retention, responding promptly to students at risk of disengagement. Key responsibilities include providing individual support, liaison, and timely intervention in critical situations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant degree, experience in counselling, welfare, or youth work, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
