About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler Licensed Plumber Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Perdaman Project Ceres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, service, and install wet, dry, deluge, and gaseous sprinkler systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operation of the team.
  • Undertake administration tasks, incident reports, and supervisor reports.
  • Ensure that fixed technicians have read and understood activity-specific and task-specific work instructions.
  • Identify manning requirements needed to complete works in a cost-effective and timely manner and roster staff accordingly.
  • Assign individual responsibilities/workloads.
  • Ensure jobs are completed in a safe manner and all safety paperwork is done as required by technicians.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Previous experience providing maintenance services in a remote environment is preferred.
Requirements
  • An Australian recognised Sprinkler fitter trade or qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1851 / AS 2118/ AS 2419).
  • White card, LV.
  • Working at Heights.
  • High Risk Work License – EWP.
  • Current Australian "C" Class Driver's Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, and grow a team, effectively and safely.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
  • Full Working Rights in Australia.
