Grocery Department Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Grocery Department Manager at Coles. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our grocery department, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer engagement, and team member satisfaction.
About You- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
- Ability to drive sales growth, manage costs, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, and compliance.
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for understanding diverse customer needs and preferences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
