Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in trauma/emergency, family medicine, and occupational health, as well as leadership experience in a medical setting. They will be responsible for leading clinical governance, overseeing a remote community medical facility, providing clinical leadership, mentoring, and training to medical teams, and managing medical emergencies, evacuations, and escalations.

Requirements:
* Medical degree and current, unrestricted license to practise
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in trauma/emergency, family medicine, and occupational health
* Leadership experience in a medical setting, particularly in remote or resource-limited environments
* Ability to work under pressure and provide clinical guidance in complex cases
* Current CPR/BLS and ALS/ITLS (or equivalent) certifications
* Willingness to obtain PNG medical registration
