About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Family Liaison Officer to join our team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and support services to individuals and families affected by dementia.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, abilities, and behaviours; building rapport with families and representatives; facilitating conversations between key stakeholders; and providing emotional support and practical advice to families during the transition process.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in social work or psychology, experience in dementia care and mental health, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and influence others. A current Australian drivers license and willingness to travel are also essential.
