About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Lead to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will play a critical role in the ongoing design and improvement of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of EMR solutions to meet the needs of multi-disciplinary services, including maternity, neonatal, and paediatric care.
  • Oversee the delivery of training for clinical employees across the Women's and Children's Health Network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the adoption and continuous improvement of the EMR solution.
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the optimization of EMR and Digital Health solutions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support new EMR-related processes and work practices.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Registered Nurse / Midwife with at least three years post registration experience.
  • Appropriate knowledge and practice within a nursing setting with at least 3 years post graduate experience.
  • Proven experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry.
  • Effective leadership skills, including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
