Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of complex payroll and HR solutions.

About the Role:

This role requires expertise in technical architecture, particularly in SAP Payroll and HR systems. The successful candidate will drive integration design between payroll, finance, banking, and SuccessFactors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end technical architecture for SAP Payroll and HR systems.
  • Drive integration design between payroll, finance, banking, and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure seamless transition from ECC to S/4HANA, leveraging experience across multiple implementations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver a holistic and scalable solution.
  • Provide technical leadership across ABAP, PI/PO, BTP, and Fiori frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, including payroll and time & attendance.
  • Hands-on technical + functional expertise in SAP Payroll.
  • Deep knowledge of integration architecture, especially payroll finance.
  • Experience with ABAP, PI/PO, BTP, and strong grasp of Fiori.
  • S/4HANA implementation exposure (grown up in ECC).
