About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Trade Counter and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Reece Irrigation and Pools in Morayfield. As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and information about products
- Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
