Job Title: Care Worker
About the RoleThis role involves providing care, companionship and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that cater to the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
Daily Living Assistance- You will provide daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility.
- Assist with medication and simple wound dressings.
- You will support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
- Provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Helping to support their independence and improve their quality of life.
We are seeking individuals who possess a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in aged or community care is highly regarded. If you have recently become qualified, we encourage you to apply.
