Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the expansion and optimization of our product. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned developer with a deep understanding of leveraging new technologies and data to inform decision-making and drive growth for our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology solutions aimed at accelerating the growth of our product, utilizing expertise in full-stack development, application development technologies, and backend technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation of performant backend to testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Software Engineering experience with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, familiarity with application development technologies (Web, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL) and experience in backend technologies (such as Node.js, Python, AWS).
  • Experience in data-driven optimization, including familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth strategies, features, and user experiences, and iterating based on data-driven findings.
