We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our clinic.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, offering guidance on CPAP equipment and setup requirements
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communications (no direct contact information will be provided)
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services, meeting sales targets
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders, ensuring timely delivery of products

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to build rapport with clients
  • Independent clinic management capability, with attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of client interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, with willingness to learn and develop expertise
