Astronomer Researcher Position

The Australian National University is seeking a highly skilled Astronomer Researcher to join our team at the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in astronomy and astrophysics, working alongside world-leading scientists and researchers.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will undertake independent research in astronomy and astrophysics, leading by example in developing and maintaining effective workplace relationships with all academic and professional School and College staff, as well as students and other stakeholders.
This role requires a PhD in astronomy and astrophysics or a related area, with a proven track record of leading independent research activities, supervising PhD, Masters or undergraduate research students, and excellent communication skills.
