The Role
As an Audiologist with Frontline Health Melbourne, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders. You will work closely with patients to provide personalized care and advanced hearing solutions, contributing to better hearing health outcomes. This is a deeply rewarding role that requires an expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including hearing tests, auditory processing evaluations, and balance assessments. Analyze test results to diagnose hearing and balance disorders.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnostic results. Recommend and fit hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other auditory devices as needed.
- Provide education to patients and their families about hearing loss, treatment options, and device usage. Address patient concerns and ensure they understand their care plan.
- Oversee the fitting, adjustment, and maintenance of hearing aids and other auditory devices. Ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction with their devices.
- Work closely with specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including test results, treatment plans, and progress notes. Prepare reports.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices in audiology. Stay informed about the latest advancements in hearing technology and audiological practices.

Requirements
- A Master's Degree in Clinical Audiology - or equivalent, seeking a Qualified Practitioner (QP) Audiologist
- Relevant experience in clinical audiology, including diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and device fitting.
