Role Overview

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, driving operational excellence and strategic goals. This role requires an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with a proven track record in Medical Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Practice to drive business development strategies and grow the practice group.
  • Mentor and coach managers and others to develop leadership and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor staff wellbeing and safety, managing leave entitlements effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of post-admission experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer in Medical Law.
  • Solid legal technical expertise and ability to build strong relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Prior experience leading legal professionals, with a structured approach to work.
