Job Overview:
This Compliance and Risk Specialist position plays a critical role in ensuring Airport Operations Compliance, Quality and Assurance activities, and programs meet regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will identify and manage risks, provide guidance to business areas, and serve as a project support across Airport Services. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in an airline/ramp and/or airport operations and hold lead auditor qualification or be prepared to attain the necessary qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role include providing high-quality identification and management of risk, offering guidance to business areas, serving as a project support across Airport Services, identifying areas of non-compliance and safety concerns, and proposing solutions. You will also monitor and report on safety performance, identify trends and areas for continuous improvement, provide ongoing risk assessment support, and represent Airport Services during audits.
