As an Agile Transformation Coach, you'll work closely with our Agility Manager to cultivate an agile way of working at Velocity that best supports our customers and the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach leaders and teams in agile practices, principles, and values
  • Facilitate organizational culture necessary for sustained success
  • Guide teams and organizations through transformational change
  • Deliver compelling training and workshops, as well as facilitating meetings with teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Have intimate knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities
