The role of the Automotive Parts Interpreter is a vital one, forming part of our dedicated team.

This position entails a high level of responsibility, with duties encompassing:

  • Interpreting automotive parts to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Processing orders with speed and accuracy, while maintaining a positive relationship with customers
  • Efficiently dispatching products and parts to meet customer needs in a timely manner
  • Promoting special offers and buy-ins to drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies
  • Managing customer credits and arranging buy-ins to optimize revenue
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintaining a culture of safety by prioritizing workplace well-being and adhering to safety protocols
