We are seeking an experienced professional to join our APAC team as a Client Success Manager, based in our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tasks in a client portfolio within the scope of contracted services.
  • Meet SLA targets.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Strategist team to ensure consistency of program delivery, alignment of offering to client needs, and capitalising on new opportunities when developed/identified.
  • Act as the first operational point of contact for clients, strengthen client relationships and drive incremental revenues through the provision of strategic relationship management.
  • Adopt a problem-solving and analytical approach to develop appropriate solutions to meet client needs and effectively implement new programs.
