Cleaning Operations Supervisor

This leadership role requires a manager to effectively oversee and direct their team in delivering cleaning services for multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and health and safety requirements
  • Liaising and communicating with store managers and key stakeholders
  • Escalating issues and concerns to the state manager to maintain safety and avoid downtime
  • Monitoring inventory of uniforms, chemicals and equipment
  • Knowledge of contract management and rostering
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience with multiple site management
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and technology
  • Proven high level of customer service and management skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and project management skills
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters
  • Full driver's licence
