We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Coles Supermarket Online Department as a Caretaking Online Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the online department, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth.
About You- Proven leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to drive a one-team culture that recognizes and celebrates success
