**Job Summary**

We're seeking an exceptional Credit Controller to join our team at Unilever Brazil. As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payment from customers, reducing bad debts, and improving cash flow.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing blocked order approvals and customer account creation processes.
  • Performing daily MDM (customer master data) approvals to avoid incorrect billing.
  • Driving performance management of third-party service providers and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring off-shore teams and providing analysis and actionable insights for Value at Risk (VAR) to leadership teams.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and finance departments.
  • Leading aged collection to 3rd party debt collection agencies and reviewing doubtful debt provision monthly.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable is a must.
  • Preferably experience in FMCG industry.
  • Accounting qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
