We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our combined Early Years and OSHC service in the Redland region of QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and operations of the service, leading a team of Educators, Teachers, and Assistant Directors, and establishing positive relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality programs.
- Lead a team of Educators, Teachers, and Assistant Directors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with families and the community, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes, including program development and staff training.
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Centre Manager with a strong background in Early Years and OSHC. You will have a proven track record of managing large service operations, leading high-quality programs, and establishing positive relationships with families and the community. You will also have a strong understanding of the My Time Our Place Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including $90,000 - $110,000 + super + incentives (negotiable), as well as a range of benefits, including wellness days, childcare discounts, and all training and development courses paid for. You will also have the opportunity to work with a growing organisation with a supportive team and a focus on delivering high-quality services in the Brisbane/Redlands region.
