Service Technician

We are seeking an exceptional Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment to identify errors or defects, using your expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm and construction machinery, including tractors, balers, skid steers, telehandlers, and loaders.
  • Dismantle defective machines for repair using hand tools, following industry-standard procedures.
  • Clean and lubricate parts to ensure smooth operation and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Tune or overhaul engines to restore their original performance.
  • Travel to customer sites for repairs, providing timely and professional service.
  • Record repair details and maintain a clean workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' trade experience in heavy automotive or plant industry.
  • Demonstrated diagnostic skills, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
