Outback QLD Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our diverse facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure to ensure they remain safe and functional.
- Oversee maintenance operations for vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Document procedures, manage site services, and coordinate pest control and waste management.
- Supervise a small team and provide hands-on assistance as required.
- E nsure workplace health and safety compliance across all sites.
- Assist in the development and implementation of future projects.
- A current Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain one).
- Relevant experience in facilities management or maintenance.
- Basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, or general maintenance skills.
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
- A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per annum plus superannuation and a range of benefits including relocation assistance, career growth opportunities, and professional development.
