  • Manage teams that carry out maintenance functions and activities in accordance with technical qualifications within approved procedures.">
  • Supervise and conduct technical inspections, repairs or modifications of explosive ordnance as directed.">
  • Maintain technical integrity standards of all maintenance activities and provide technical advice to the management team.">
  • Schedule explosive ordnance activities and conduct independent maintenance inspections.">
  • Maintain and amend workshop technical publications and relevant instructions.">
  • Provide training and reporting requirements.">
  • Review and make recommendations upon changes to quality work instructions.">
  • Oversee the management of operational demands at the explosive ordnance depot.">
  • Provide direction in the training and development of staff.">
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, safety, and administrative policy and procedures.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Cert IV in Public Safety (Explosive Ordnance) and Frontline Management or equivalent.">
  • Previous experience within a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in working with explosive ordnance (Class one).">
  • Proven experience in personnel management.">
  • Good oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of the organisation.">
  • Experience within the Defence, Logistics, EO would be highly advantageous.">
