Job Opportunity

- Manage teams that carry out maintenance functions and activities in accordance with technical qualifications within approved procedures.">
- Supervise and conduct technical inspections, repairs or modifications of explosive ordnance as directed.">
- Maintain technical integrity standards of all maintenance activities and provide technical advice to the management team.">
- Schedule explosive ordnance activities and conduct independent maintenance inspections.">
- Maintain and amend workshop technical publications and relevant instructions.">
- Provide training and reporting requirements.">
- Review and make recommendations upon changes to quality work instructions.">
- Oversee the management of operational demands at the explosive ordnance depot.">
- Provide direction in the training and development of staff.">
- Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, safety, and administrative policy and procedures.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Cert IV in Public Safety (Explosive Ordnance) and Frontline Management or equivalent.">
- Previous experience within a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in working with explosive ordnance (Class one).">
- Proven experience in personnel management.">
- Good oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of the organisation.">
- Experience within the Defence, Logistics, EO would be highly advantageous.">
