Job Title:

Care Worker

As a Care Worker, you will be providing valuable services to our aged care clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
  • Passion for providing an excellent service.

Role Responsibilities:
  • General housekeeping and making beds.
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  • Personal care services including getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day.
  • Assisting clients to take their medications.
  • Assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

As a Care Worker, you will also provide social and emotional support to our aged care clients, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
