Studio Automation Specialist We are seeking a skilled Studio Automation Specialist to join our team in Launceston. As a key member of our small technical team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Tasmania's leading TV news. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working in television studio operations and exceptional communication, leadership, and supervision skills. They will also have proven knowledge and high competence in computer systems, with exposure to broadcast systems such as Mosart, iNews, Quantel, Maestro or similar highly desirable. Responsibilities will include coordinating control room functions, maintaining and reviewing daily rundown and automation functions, monitoring and managing Mosart graphical user interface and associated production software, creating and managing iNews and Mosart templates, editing video elements for the daily news, and performing and managing audio and ingest functions. As a Studio Automation Specialist, you will work under pressure, meet deadlines, and think quickly and laterally for solutions.
