Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support clients through personalized care planning and goal-driven interventions on the Restorative Care Pathway.

  • Carefully deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
  • Focusing on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients, ensure seamless engagement with mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
  • Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, passion for working with older adults.
  • Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.

This role lets you create meaningful change. You will be part of a supportive team that facilitates connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
