About our Early Childhood Education and Care Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care, while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting.

As a Child Care Trainee, you will be enrolled in the Certificate III in Early Education and Care, learning as you work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with educators to educate and care for children aged 0-6 years old.
  • Contribute to creating a friendly, smooth, and continuously improving centre environment, where children feel safe and families feel welcome.
  • Assist in managing daily care routines, administrative tasks, and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • A friendly and courteous nature, committed to caring for children of all ages, cultures, socio-economic backgrounds, and individual needs.
  • Ability to maintain health and safety standards, risk minimisation, and adhere to relevant childcare legislation.
  • A current Working with Children check or ability to obtain one.
  • Willingness to commence a Traineeship.
