We are seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join our team. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
- You will assess patient needs and provide personalized nursing services to enhance their quality of life.
- You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- You will provide wound care, compression bandaging, medication management, continence and stoma care, and aged care nursing assessments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- At least 2 years' experience delivering top-notch care in a community setting.
- A heart of gold – You care about people and have a genuine passion for nursing.
- Empathy and a good sense of humour – shifts can be tough but a bit of laughter and empathy goes a long way.
