We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Governance and Compliance Specialist. This key position is responsible for ensuring the organization maintains high levels of governance, adheres to regulatory requirements, and meets industry best practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs.
- Provide strategic advice and support to senior leadership, ensuring the organization maintains the highest standards of governance.
- Oversee regulatory compliance across diverse activities, serving as Data Protection Officer and providing leadership and assurance in critical areas.
- Lead and manage staff within the management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in service delivery.
- Experience in governance, legal, or regulatory compliance roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of corporate governance, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
