We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management to our childcare centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care to our children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management to the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
- Lead and manage a team of educators and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement centre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, local communities, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in centre management and leadership, with a strong background in early childhood education and care.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with relevant qualifications and experience.
