Join Our Team as a Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to lead our nursery room team at Goodstart Early Learning in Vermont. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs, leading a team of Educators, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victoria Working with Children Check
