About the Role

The Receptionist and Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining the office environment, ensuring seamless communication with visitors and teams. This role requires a highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception inbox, communicate with management on health and safety matters, and coordinate IT equipment requirements.
  • Direct visitor inquiries, manage mail, and maintain office supplies.
  • Coordinate diary management, meeting room bookings, and conference calls.
  • Assist with onboarding and termination processes for office staff.
About You

We seek an experienced administrator who can demonstrate a high level of organisational skill, time management ability, and attention to detail.

Desirable skills include:

  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High autonomy and initiative to take ownership of actions and responsibilities.
  • Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
