Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Sales Floor Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience and a passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.

You will play a crucial role in driving a selling culture, utilizing reporting data to support operational decisions, and facilitating open communication with your team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Driving a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team
  • Utilizing and interpreting reporting data to support operational decisions
  • Facilitating open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
  • Ability to drive a selling culture and exceed KPIs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
