Science Teacher

Mater Dei College seeks a dedicated Science Teacher to join its team in a full-time, ongoing position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing effective teaching strategies to engage students of varying abilities, fostering a stimulating classroom environment, and assessing student performance.

Key qualifications include a tertiary qualification in Secondary Education, preferably in Science, and current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia. Experience in the Science Learning Area, particularly Physics, is viewed favourably.

A comprehensive understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum is essential, and holding Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School is desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
