Statistical Analyst Opportunity

We seek a skilled Statistical Analyst to develop statistical analysis plans (SAPs), provide statistical input into protocol design, and perform SAS programming activities.

About the Role

• Develop SAPs and contribute to protocol design, including sample size estimations and key efficacy and safety parameters.
• Offer mentoring support to junior analysts as needed.
• Perform SAS programming and related tasks to meet project deliverables.
• Review and validate statistical outputs produced by programmers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reports.
• Manage statistical service deliverables across assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Medical Writers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to produce high-quality study reports.
• Document and validate analytical programs effectively.
• Contribute to CRF format design and review.
• Participate actively in project meetings and maintain close liaison with Project Managers.
• Support Data Monitoring Committees, ensuring proper blinding is maintained.
• Identify and address operational or quality issues, proposing effective solutions.

Requirements

• MSc degree or higher in a statistics-related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in biostatistics, preferably within a CRO environment.
• Expert knowledge in biostatistics for clinical trials and necessary skills to evaluate current processes, develop strategies for improvement, and execute on those strategies.
