Job Overview:

Banyan Software is a global leader in enterprise software businesses.

The Operations & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading the supply chain team, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring best practice standards are implemented and maintained.

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including forecasting, procurement, warehousing, delivery, installation, and post-installation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective, timely, and accurate delivery of IT hardware and services.
  • Ensure effective inventory management across all warehouses.
  • Maintain product data integrity in ERP systems, including costs, supplier information, and inventory levels.
  • Support sales and finance teams through scheduling, forecasting, and on-time invoicing.

  • Collaborate with HR and business unit managers to identify training needs and support change management efforts.
