Job Opportunity

A highly skilled Financial Analyst is required to provide expert financial analysis services, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data to support high-quality business decision-making.

This is a key role within the finance team, where you will work closely with various departments to prepare and distribute monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis, and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger by reviewing and reconciling accounts regularly.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring they are well-documented and properly approved.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize financial software and tools to optimize and streamline accounting operations.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and support both internal and external audit processes.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Experience in TM1 highly desirable.
  • Process mapping experience required.
  • Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and implementing controls frameworks.
